The Service Desk operates Monday to Sunday between the hours of 6:30am and 8:30pm, including Bank Holidays.

Users of Docman in Scotland & Northern Ireland should call Microtech Support on 01563 530 480.

Users of Docman who use INPS Vision (outside of Scotland) supported by INPS should call the INPS Technical Support team on 020 7501 7105.

Users of Docman who use INPS Vision supported by PCTI Solutions should call the Docman Service Desk on 0844 967 0967.
