Adding a Template via Maintain Lists

New Intellisense Templates can be added through Maintain Lists.

You will need to log into Docman as a user with the permission to access the Maintain Lists section. This can be the default ADMIN user or any other user with access to Maintain Lists.

Click Settings on the Docman main menu, then click Maintain Lists.

The process for adding a template is similar to the editing process, but the template configuration must also be filled out.

Note: Unlike traditional filing templates, Intellisense templates do not require all filing fields (description, organisation, department) to be filled out. It is better to spread individual filing suggestions across a number of Intellisense templates, to ensure that matches are as accurate as possible.
