Workflow Type - Default Setting (Scotland Specific)

A setting has been added to Scottish sites to allow a default workflow type to be specified. This is set to Sequential by default, and overrides the "last selected workflow type" default setting.

This setting can be changed in User System Preferences.

User System Preferences are configured through the Docman Administration module.

Click here for a guide to getting into the Docman Administration module.

 

Log into Docman as a user that has access to the Administration module, and click the Settings tile.

Then click Administer System.

The Docman Administration module opens.

Click on Configuration and Integration, then click User System Preferences.

In the User System Preferences screen, double-click the Workflow header to expand it. Single-click the Default Workflow Type to highlight it, then change the Setting field to the preferred default - S for Sequential (configured by default) or B for Broadcast. Click Save, then click Close.

The default workflow type is now configured.

Reinstated API Calls (Scotland Specific) 

A number of API calls used by Scottish sites have been added to Docman 75500.6.

Fixes

Batch Manager - Previewing Multi-Page Documents

An issue was identified when using CTRL to select multiple pages of a multi-page batch. When selecting pages in ascending order (page one, page two, page three) the preview pane would not change to show the most recently-selected page. This is now fixed.

Batch Manager - Document List Display (Scotland Specific)

A change has been made to the Batch Manager display on Scottish sites only. The batch list in Batch Manager has been changed to display the subject type (documents collected from Hub only) and the date.

Batch Manager - Stamps

An issue was identified when using stamps in Batch Manager. The default stamp would switch to the stamp at the top of the list whenever Batch Manager was closed. This is now fixed so that Docman retains the last-selected stamp as the default even after Docman is closed and reopened. The default stamp is a per-workstation setting.

Workflow Recipient Group Order

An issue was identified when adding users to an existing Workflow group that changed the order of the users within the group. This is now fixed.

Move Workflow - Reasons

An issue was identified when using the Move Workflow tool. Workflow prompted for a reason for the workflow move, but the pre-defined reasons were not displayed. This is now fixed.

Collaborator - Cancelling a Discussion

An issue was identified when cancelling the creation of a Collaborator discussion on the Add Notes screen. An unread discussion with the same subject header would be displayed in the user's discussion list until the window was refreshed by clicking Clear List. This is now fixed, and the cancelled discussion does not appear.
