SCI Gateway - Documents Saved Direct to Docman - Â characters in documents (Scotland Specific)

An issue was identified on Scottish sites when sending documents into Docman from the SCI Gateway. 'Â' characters would appear on the document. This is now resolved.

SCI Gateway - Attach Document From Gateway (Scotland Specific) 

An issue was identified on Scottish sites when attaching documents from SCI Gateway into Docman. This function would not progress to the stage of attaching a document. This is now fixed.

SCI Gateway - Batch Name (Scotland Specific) 

An issue was identified in which the batch name for documents sent through the SCI Gateway was taken from the document ID. This is now fixed, and documents from SCI Gateway are named "SCI Referral".
