Introduction

This document details changes and fixes in Docman version 8.0.7.

Changes

Intellisense - Patient Match - Traffic Light Colours

The patient name displayed above the Intellisense document preview and detected text in the document now match the traffic light colours presented in the patient list on the left of the screen.

Docman Error Logs - Timestamps 

Date and time stamps have been added to the Docman error log.

Fixes

Reports Module - Maintain Lists Reports - Filing Lists

An issue was identified with the Maintain Lists Reports section. A report had not been created to replace the print function in the Filing Headers section of Maintain Lists. This report is now available, and the issue has been fixed.

Batch Manager - Multiple Filing Clients

An issue was identified when two clients were filing from Batch Manager simultaneously. This is now fixed.

Filing - Synthetic Patient - Confirmation Prompt

An issue was identified when filing to a synthetic patient that caused the filing confirmation prompt to appear twice. This is now fixed.

Lightweight Viewer

An issue was identified on Docman sites using Lightweight Viewer for document viewing. The configuration setting that made Lightweight Viewer the default viewer was not being applied. This is now fixed.

Workflow - Out Of Office Message

An issue was identified when moving workflows from a user with Out of Office status. A warning message would appear incorrectly stating that the workflow recipient, not the original user, was out of office. This is now fixed.

Update Service - Cross-Domain Updates

An issue was identified when Docman client workstations were on domains or workgroups separate to the Docman server. The update service would not update these clients. An enabling change has been made to Docman to fix this issue.
