This booklet is designed to extend you existing knowledge of Docman Back Office Library and to help you understand features that are not covered in our Quick Start Guide. 

In this guide, you will find information relating to alternative methods for importing documents, a guide to printing your documents, a guide to workflowing your documents, maintaining tags, a guide to the security settings and emailing documents. 

For the purpose of this Guide we will assume that you have read the Quick Start Guide and are ready to take the next steps in learning the features of the product.   

Getting started…

You will need to begin by logging into Docman and then go into the library.  For this you will need your Docman username and password.  Once you are logged in and have clicked on Library in the menu you can begin using this guide.
