Docman's service-based backup runs in the background of the Docman server whether the backup application is running or not. The backup application allows users to monitor and configure the backup.
The backup monitor appears as a traffic light icon in the system tray. Single-left click this icon to open the backup monitor.
If the traffic light icon does not appear in the system tray, double click the Docman Admin desktop icon and select Service Control Manager on the Start Mode screen.
The service-based backup window opens.
To change the backup time, click the View Settings button.
You are presented with the current backup configuration, as well as the option to change the backup time.
