Rejecting a Document

A practice will occasionally wish to send a document back to the sender. This may be because the document is incomplete, illegible or relates to a patient that is not registered at the practice.

The Reject Document tool allows a surgery to reject a document and notify the sender of any issue with the document. To reject a document, click the Reject Document option to the right of the Tag information.

Single-click the relevant rejection reason to select and confirm the rejection of the document.
